Guiding Principles

The community of Wasatch Commons is governed legally by

1. The Declaration of Convenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&R),
2. the By-Laws, and
3. the Rules & Regulations or house rules, formal agreements of the community (informally knowns as 'proposals').

The original 1998 Declaration and Bylaws were amended in 2008. A new Declaration was filed in 2019.

The Rules & Regulations in particular are guided by our Vision and Values Statements.

During the years of living together we have evolved a number of "how it's usually done" customs, which it can be helpful for a new resident to become familiar with.
